Regarding the Preliminaries
Manga is borderless! The works that we have collected from 13 different countries and regions from all over the world, including Japan, were exceedingly great in their ideas as a whole. This shows how we can transcend language to enjoy manga together. Just like the Manga Koshien held in the summer, I strongly feel that this Manga Senbatsu that starts in spring will also heat up after every year. I hope that the ring of friendship expands from Kochi to the world through the universal language of Manga! Let’s MANGA together on the earth♪
