Read and agree with ALL terms of use written in this txt file before using this MikuMikuDance Model Data. If you do not agree with all terms of use, or if you do not understand any part of this terms of use txt file, you are NOT allowed to use this MikuMikuDance Model Data.

2.Private Trading and Public Trading of this MMD Model Data is NOT allowed.

×モデルデータの再配布(本体、一部、改造全て)、合作に使う場合のみ受け渡し可能
×他キャラへの改変
×同キャラ別モデルのパーツを使った改造
×原型をとどめない改造

×MMD.MMM以外の3Dソフト・ツールでの使用
×他の形式(拡張子)に変換して使用＆アップロードする事

【していいこと】

○テクスチャ改変、色変え、お着替え等の改造
　(出来る限りで構いませんので、体型の調節をお願いします、元のキャラだと判別出来ない程の改変は禁止です)
○アイコン・ヘッダーへの使用、ツイッター、Youtube、ニコニコ動画、bilibili動画への静止画・動画投稿
○モデル使用した際は、なるべく配布動画へコンテンツツリー登録お願いします。
※他の製作者の方々のキャラクターデータのパーツなどを使用して改造、改変を行う場合は
　各製作者の方々が提示する利用許諾を守って行ってください。

【恋愛表現について】

・モーションによる接触は気にしなくて大丈夫です。
・苦手な方の目に触れないように各自で注意書き等をお願いします。
・NL,BL,夢でも公の場でなければ問題ありません、上記の規約内であればご自由にどうぞ。

【モデルについて】

・予告なく配布を停止、規約の変更等をすることがあります。
・更新や変更があった際はブロマガにてお知らせします、最新の規約に従って使用してください。
