すでに配布物をお持ちの方もこちらの規約が最新版となります

他ステージとの組み合わせ*組み合わせる相手側の規約の範囲内でお願いします*)

■18禁作品/R18-G作品での利用
(螺鈿と蝶・螺鈿と蓮ステージのみ例外禁止)
(私が配布する物以外の使用モデル、ステージ、アクセサリ等の規約が18禁ＯＫな場合のみとします）

■pmx.pmd.x以外への拡張子変換
■リッピングデータと併用した動画・静止画等の公開

(非商用のファンアート、二次創作MMDについては使用可)

テクスチャはフリー素材を使用しています(www.textures.com)
【リドミに記載のないテクスチャについて】
"One or more textures on this 3D model have been created with photographs from Textures.com.
These photographs may not be redistributed by default; please visit www.textures.com for more information."

【配布の終了したステージ等配布物の使用について】
使用は規約の範囲内でご自由にどうぞ

※クレジットはにくきゅー(nikukyu)または29Qでの表記をお願いします
コンテンツツリーへの登録は任意ですが、登録していただけると通知から作品が視聴できるので制作の励みになりとても嬉しいです
※規約は予告なく変更、または更新する場合があります
※使用の際は最新のオンライン規約に同意したものとみなします
※当データの使用で生じる損害等につきましては一切の責任を負いかねます、使用の際は全て【自己責任】でお願いします

(The agreement by which we're use models besides the distributed thing, stages and accessaries, etc. makes 18+ ONLY only the OK occasion.)

■ Redistribution (don't reshare this stage)
■ Commercial use
■ Use by all except for MMD (MMDAI2/nanoem)
■ Extension change to any place but pmx.pmd.x
■ The opening to the public which are used animation and still, etc. with ripping data
■ Money and VRChat VTuber the profit generates are use by virtual related in general.

(It's possible to use Juan Art of non-business about secondary creation MMD.)
